Purpose of Job:
The position will be responsible for analyzing business processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency and productivity, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and stakeholders, to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and implement best practices.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify areas of improvement and potential optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and stakeholders, to gather information and requirements.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, use cases, and business requirements.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure success.
Conduct training and provide guidance to end-users on new processes and procedures.
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Participate in project teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Facilitates improved communication across the organization. Demonstrates knowledge of how the organization’s operating environment affects a business. Constantly initiates and manages change to ensure the organization maintains a competitive edge. Understands the drivers of change in today's marketplace. Identifies trends in industry that can be used to improve current work or organizational performance. Manages conflict effectively within an organization. Creates organizational and tactical plans for managing change initiatives.
Strategy and Strategic Planning - Possesses a future orientation always looking ahead for probable issues that may arise from business decisions.Anticipates probable outcomes, trends, and directions of business. Defines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Articulates the corporate vision, goals and strategic objectives to employees.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 7-8 years of proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience developing process maps, workflows, and procedures
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Experience with project management and cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Tableau / Power BI, etc and business process modeling tools
Exceptional predictive planning abilities with a proven record of recommending and implementing process and efficiency improvements; demonstrated success in identifying and successfully executing strategic business opportunities.
