Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Gen AI Chatbot. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced machine learning algorithms, predictive models, and Gen AI Chatbot systems. Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimizing algorithms, performing data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance GRC solutions. The role involves a mix of hands-on technical work and strategic planning to ensure optimal performance and integration of AI/ML solutions within CURA's software products.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Solid understanding of Statistics and Algorithms
  • Background in Computer Science, with experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, R, Java)
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
