The ideal candidate excels at technical leadership and builds production-ready Gen AI systems that create tangible business impact.Key Responsibilities:Architect and deliver AI/ML models and Gen AI solutions, driving initiatives from prototyping to productionSet technical direction, guide team members, and serve as the lead architect for AI/ML project pipelines, ensuring rigorous implementation and up-to-date practicesEnd-to-end product architecture, design, development and deploymentArchitect and implement Gen AI models such as LLMs for text generation, image processing, voice, video, conversation AI for real world applications.Set technical strategy and mentor team membersRequired Skills Qualifications:At least 7+ years of AI/ML experience with significant Gen AI projectsMastery of Python or similar language, expertise in ML/Gen AI frameworks and proficiency in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models for text, vision, or speechProduct architect, design, and development experienceDemonstrated experience building Gen AI products with LLMs, model fine-tuning , and API integrationProven capacity to guide teams, set technical strategy, and mentor junior engineers and scientistsStrong hands-on coding, communication, and problem-solving skills
