Strategic Responsibilities

To ensure that mechanical maintenance of the site is carried out within time frame.To ensure that utility maintenance of the site is carried out within time frameTo ensure that Capex related project are carried out within the the time frame.To prepare Capex and revenue budget and to monitor it.To define job responsibility to the associate.Support to Team Leader – Site Utilities with focus on Personnel, Target setting, development of strength, building of knowhow, feedback and coaching

Operational Responsibilities

To ensure that all utilities requirement are given to Pilot plant, Kilo lab and R&D LAB.To ensure all required datas are feed in SAP.To ensure that PM & breakdown are carried out within the schedule.To ensure meet out of ISO requirementWell versed with operation & maintenance of utility equipments like HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, RO, Compressors, Thermic Fluid etcWell versed with maintenance of Glass Lined Reactors, ANF, Centrifuge, Pumps, Glass assemblies, Vacuum Pumps, Ejectors etcSAP programming

Financial Responsibilities

Contribute to budget proposalsContribute to budgetary controls within the area of responsibility

Business relationship with the facilities and ETF teamEnsure smooth working of the department to maintain high morale of the workforceContinuously improve processes to ensure quality and efficiencySet goals for and review performance of facilities team members, consider customer feedback for performance managementRecognise and reward high performersIdentify development needs of the team and act to address the sameImplement initiatives to build desired culture in facilities team and along interfaces

Education Qualification
