Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls, as well as record messages when necessary.
- Assist visitors in navigating the organization and direct inquiries to the right teams or employees.
- Maintain visitor logs, prepare access cards, and keep track of office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Provide routine administrative support tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scheduling meetings, and filing documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to use office equipment and software.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the company.
