Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer Location: New Delhi. India Applicant must have minimum 8 years of hands on coding experience in MERN/MEAN. Share resume at We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications and a strong background in backend, frontend, and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. • Work across the full stack—frontend, backend, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure. • Develop RESTful and Graph QL APIs, ensuring efficiency and security. • Implement real-time communication using sockets and messaging queues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. • Integrate AI/ML models (RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, etc.) into production systems. • Manage and optimize relational (My SQL, Postgre SQL) and No SQL databases (Mongo DB, Redis). • Leverage search and indexing tools such as Elasticsearch for scalable data retrieval. • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using GCP and AWS cloud platforms. • Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and version control using Git/Git Hub/Git Lab. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices. Required Skills & Expertise • Backend: Node.js, Python, Express.js, REST APIs, Graph QL. • Frontend: React.js, Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Type Script (preferred). • Databases: My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, Postgre SQL (good to have). • Search & Caching: Elasticsearch, Redis. • Messaging & Streaming: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Web Sockets. • AI/ML Exposure: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM integration, vector search (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). • Cloud: Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, etc.). • Dev Ops & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI). • Other Good-to-Have Skills: Microservices architecture, Serverless computing, API security, OAuth/JWT authentication, performance monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), Terraform/Infrastructure as Code (Ia C).
