The HRBP – Tech will act as a strategic HR partner to the Technology business unit of the organization and collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business heads on all people-related matters. Understand business priorities, technology roadmaps, and organizational objectives; co-develop HR strategies (workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning) that support business growth and scalability. Build and sustain strong relationships with global stakeholders, influencing and aligning people strategy with business objectives. Participate in manpower budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to meet current and future talent needs. Support organizational design, restructuring, and changes (e.g., new teams, expansion, role realignment) to optimize delivery and efficiency.
