  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business heads on all people-related matters. Understand business priorities, technology roadmaps, and organizational objectives; co-develop HR strategies (workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning) that support business growth and scalability.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with global stakeholders, influencing and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
  • Participate in manpower budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to meet current and future talent needs.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and changes (e.g., new teams, expansion, role realignment) to optimize delivery and efficiency.
