Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coolant Oil and Grease Production Specialist located in Delhi NCR, India. The individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality control standards are met, and effectively managing teams and resources. This role includes production and planning, monitoring processes to maintain high efficiency, and providing training to production staff to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols and to implement and follow IATF. Qualifications Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management, ensuring seamless and efficient manufacturing operations in Oil Lubricant field. Experience in Quality Control to ensure product standards are consistently met. Excellent Communication skills, essential for team collaboration and coordination Training skills to guide and equip team members with the necessary knowledge and competencies Problem-solving and organizational aptitude with attention to detail Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in an industrial environment Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or CLS, CRE,MLE. B.Tech / B.E Chemical engineer or M.Tech/M.E Chemical Engineer Or PHD in Chemical Engineer.
