Description

This role is Functional Analyst responsible for Architecting and Design software applications. The candidate is expected to work closely with Team Leads or Software Development Managers and other key stake holders to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software applications are delivered to users. Candidate should be coming from a strong technological background. Should be hands on and be able to work independently requiring minimal technical/tool guidance. Should be able to technically guide and mentor junior resources in the team. Work closely with team members and vendor team to design and develop software. Should have good communication skill and strong positive outlook.Role will be responsible to gather requirements, analyse the requirement and prepare functional technical design document and work closely with development team to build critical components on regulatory reporting platform and ensuring that their implementation aligns with our end state architecture. This person will also be responsible to make sure development team to align with business needs and as well as delivering Quality software. This is a hands-on role and will require experience in test driven development.
