Job Description

TITLE:

Functional AnalystREPORTING TO

: Development Manager, BangaloreWORKING

LOCATION: BangaloreWork Experience:

3-6 years.OVERALL OBJECTIVES:The goal of Functional Analyst is to clearly understand the functional requirements of the solution and document it in simple and understandable language.The objective will be to create excellent documentation, business process models and work as a liaison between the Business Analyst and the development team.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:ExperienceStrong and proven background in Information Technology.Experience with relational databases required.Past experience as a Technical writer/Business Analyst/Functional AnalystExperience in writing Functional Specification DocumentsExpertise in creating business process model diagramsPersonal SkillsVery good English communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing).Very good interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.Ability to work in a complex international environment.Responsive problem solver and proactive actions.Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities.TRAVEL:

Ready to travel to Europe (if required, based on the situations, 10 – 15%)PREFERED CANDIDATESM.Sc., B.Sc or equivalent in Information Technology or comparable field (Applied Math, Engineering etc…).M.Sc., B.Sc or equivalent in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.Experience in working with US/Europe clientsAt least 3 to 6 years in an IT environment (implementation if possible) preferably in an industrial or process driven environment and ideally in the laboratory industry.Good business understanding in order to facilitate discussions from top managers to end users.PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA

:Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.Disclaimer:
