We are seeking highly motivated and versatile Associate and Assessment Interns to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple practice areas, engage with clients, and work on complex legal matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Position: Associate (Litigation and Non-Litigation)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: Min 2 years in a chamber or a small law firm

Position Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities – Associate

·       
Assist the firm in disputes practice, including preparing case notes/briefs, written submissions, applications, etc, including attending court when necessary;

·       Assist the firm in non-litigation practice areas, including drafting legal notices, replying to notices, preparing opinions and attending client meetings;

·       
Create high-value legal content regularly, including articles, blogs, and reports;

·       
Assist in documentation, filing and managing general administration and routine office tasks independently, including coordinating with clients, external counsels, scheduling meetings, etc.

Who Should Apply?

·  LLB from a recognised university;

·  min 2 years of PQE in a chamber or small law firm;

·  Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills and an eye for detail;

·  Fluency in English and excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills (MUST). Fluency in Gujarati will be an added advantage;

·  Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team;

·  Possess a valid driving license and the ability to commute in the city independently;

Position: Long-Term Assessment Intern (Min 3 months which may later be converted into a permanent position)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 0-1 year

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities-
