Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Dehradun. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies. Responsibilities include coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, performance management, and employee development. The role also involves handling administrative duties, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience in general Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is beneficial
