We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
