Job Summary:

As a Creative Strategist, you will be the visionary behind our creative projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop innovative strategies, write engaging scripts, and create persuasive pitch and compelling decks. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in delivering exceptional value to both prospective and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Ideation: Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives.

- Scriptwriting: Craft compelling and engaging scripts for various media formats, including video, audio, and presentations.

- Pitch Decks: Design and create persuasive pitch decks that effectively communicate ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

- Report Decks: Compile and present data-driven insights and results in visually appealing and informative report decks.

- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback to ensure creative solutions are on point.

- Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Presentation: Confidently present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.


Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in a creative strategist role or similar position.

*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or related field.


Skills:

- Exceptional creative mindset with a proven track record of innovative thinking.

- Strong scriptwriting skills with the ability to develop various content ideas.

- Proficiency in creating visually appealing pitch and report decks using tools like PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Canva or other presentation software.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies
