- Proven experience in the Canadian recruitment market
- Prior exposure to working with clients such as:
- Government of Alberta
- Ministry of Ontario
- Government of New Brunswick, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax terms and visa processes
- Excellent communication skills and professional stability in previous roles
- For the Team Lead role: demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively
