Job Title: Canadian RecruiterLocation: Noida / Gurgaon Experience: 1–5 Years in Canadian Staffing Compensation: As per market standardJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Canadian Recruiter to handle the full recruitment lifecycle for our Canadian Government & Ministry clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Canada staffing industry, with strong knowledge of the local job market, work authorizations, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Canadian stateclients.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent.Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws, immigration, and work authorization policies.Work efficiently within MSP/VMS environments such as Vector, VMS, Flextrack, Beeline, AMD, Fieldglass, HCM, and SAP.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submission and follow-up.Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:1–5 years of experience in Canadian recruitment or staffing.Strong understanding of the Canadian job market, locations, and compliance frameworks.Prior experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Vector VMS, Flextrack, Beeline, AMD, Fieldglass, HCM, SAP).Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and deliver within tight timelines.Candidate should have excellent communication skills.#Note: Kindly read the job description carefully; candidates who meet the qualifications and criteria are most welcome to apply.
