1) Required Profile of candidate:

Designation Payroll Executive

Years of Experience – 1 to 3 Years

Client - Toyota Kirloskar Motors (On rolls of Pierian Services)

Location – Bidadi, Bangalore

Transportation – Yes, 2 ways free transportation available

Canteen – Yes, Free canteen facility available

2) List of job expected to be performed by Team Member:

A) Maintaining monthly payroll attendance, leave record, leave balance & final attendance report for salary process.
B) Handling Leave Management in system.
C) Attendance Report and Payroll Report Checking ( Monthly Salary )
( Payroll Attendance Management activity for the employee size of 10000 Nos.)
D) Mid-Month Payroll Reporting Checking.
E) Company Loans Process (System Entry, Processing, Reconciliation & Payment)
F) Core HR Process (Employee Database & MIS Reports) - Updation Addition & Deletion.
G) Identity Card Management (Inventory Management - Enrollment, ID card ordering, etc.,)
H) Query handling of Users ( Employees / Trainees )

3) Functional Competencies required to perform this job:
A) Good Communication Skills.
B) Good knowledge on income tax & payroll.
C) Good knowledge on salary components and structure.
D) Multi language skills ( Including local language )
E) Knowledge on Compliance & Statutory ( Like PF / Gratuity / Pension / SAF / Audits )
F) Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
G) Good Team Player.

4) Related industrial experience suitable to perform this job: ( Example: Auto / Construction / Telecom )


Accounting / Finance Area.
Automobile Industries Experience (preferably)


5) Work location & work shift:
- Bidadi Office & General Shift, 1st Shift, 2nd Shift. 5.45am, 08.30am & 2.45pm

6) Brief reporting Structure / Number of subordinates (if any):
- Payroll Senior Officer >> Department Head >> Division Head
