At Hithonix, we believe technology should empower, not complicate. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for administering payroll functions, processing payroll, managing garnishments, handling payroll taxes, and coordinating with payroll services. They will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Qualifications Experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and working with Payroll ServicesKnowledge of managing Garnishments and handling Payroll TaxesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related fieldPrior experience in payroll within the technology or B2B sector is a plusProficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
