Function : Customer ExperienceReporting To:

TL- Service DeliveryJob Level: Sr Manager- SDWAN

Purpose of the JobKnowledge on Routing, Switching, SDWAN, SDN, Wireless along with Security and/or Voice/Unified Communication TechnologiesRelevant experience in Project Management / Program management from System Integration & Managed Services Background (companies like NTT, Velocis, Proactive Data systems, Kyndryl etc)This role is responsible for project management and service delivery of all products & services.Project management, planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services.On Time, within budget Implementation of the complete projectCustomer engagement to address customer dependencies & e2e project delivery as per signed scope of work.Enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organization

Key DeliverablesCustomer engagement & communicationProject kick off meeting/call with CustomerResolution of customer dependenciesShare Project Plan with the customere2e tracking & monitoring of project deliveryProactive & timely project status update to the customerProject Stage tracking & ensure timely deliveryProject follow ups, escalations and constraint resolutionDelivery of third party media/bandwidthCustomer CPE integration & testingSchedule planned activities with the customersAccelerate & Maximize revenue by faster deployment of project

Skills RequiredGood understanding of project management concepts and methodologyExcellent relationship management with customer, cross functional teamGood written and verbal communication skillsGood understanding of products, servicesGood planning & execution skillsCan do attitude & problem solving skillsQuick thinking & analytical abilityProcess orientation and eye for detailResult Orientation

Educational Qualifications6 – 10 years project execution experience in Telecom/ISP industrySound understanding of telecom technology,products & services
