Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for Microsoft applications, focusing on modernization and optimization.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and guide them in enhancing their Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Stay updated with new features and capabilities within the Microsoft 365 suite, advising on implementation and adoption.
  • Document processes and provide training to ensure efficient and effective use of Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Proven leadership experience in an IT environment.
