Description:We are looking for a Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience of integration and technical development between Oracle HCM Cloud and 3rd party systems. This role will also require OTBI report development skills and supporting functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Core. Achieving and maintaining the appropriate Oracle Certifications for the role will also be required.Qualifications/ExperienceExcellent problem solving and hypothesis forming skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIndustry knowledge and expertiseExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritizeTeam player - Experience with working with client teams, on-shore and off-shore teamsSecurity Clearance or the ability to achieve it.Skills/Requirements:The role requires technical experience in Oracle Cloud products and at this level a candidate is expected to have a track record of delivering technical solutions in the following areas:Integration development using Oracle Integration Cloud and/or MuleSoftDefine Data Migration scripts for load and transformation routinesDelivery of all supporting documentationStrong knowledge on HR ProcessesThe ability to work under-pressure and respond positively to challenging situationsCustomer focussed, excellent problem solving and analytical skillsSupporting and the ability to build relationships with UK Accelalpha team, clients and customersWorking practices to support UK working hoursAbility to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environmentExperience working in an Waterfall and Agile/Scrum programme environmentExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsSecurity clearance is a plus or the ability to achieve itFusion Applications Security and WorkflowWorking technical knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and Redwood CloudFusion and/or Analytics Reports development, using:SmartViewFRSOTBI reports, analytics, and dashboardsBI Publisher report formats and data modelsAPEXVisual BuilderWorkflow and BPMWorking knowledge of the following is advantageous:FBDI, SOAP and REST Web ServicesSQL, PL/SQL, XML and HTMLEEO StatementAccelalpha is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we make sure to comply with all laws and regulations that protect and enhance Diversity and Inclusion.
