We’re looking for a 7+yrs of Java Technical Support Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in Java, SQL, and application support to join our growing team. If you thrive in a 24x7 rotational support environment and enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Monitor alerts, analyse logs, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime. Troubleshoot problems, provide code fixes, and conduct root cause analysis. Manage tickets, incidents, problems, and change requests using Service Now/JIRA. Create and utilize monitoring solutions to enhance application performance. Ensure SLA compliance and maintain quality logs for all production issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue escalation and resolution. Manage shifts, reports, RFPs, and support delivery processes. Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Java-based applications . Hands-on experience with Service Now & JIRA ticket management. Exposure to Azure services and log monitoring tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment . Nice to Have Experience with cloud support and automation in production environments.
