Online Revenue Management : Lead efforts to maximize online revenue across all 15 outlets by collaborating with delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. Implement strategies to optimize menu offerings, promotions, and customer service for online orders. Team Leadership & Development : Lead and train restaurant managers and staff to ensure a high level of service, productivity, and teamwork. Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment. Customer Service Excellence : Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure consistent delivery of Tovo’s service promise.
