About the role/Job overview:
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering customer requirements and prioritizing product, creating UX/UI prototype & writing detailed PRD, and working closely with internal stakeholders. The Associate Product Manager’s job is to ensure that the new features / developments support the company’s overall strategy and goals by applying first principles - analytical mindset & customer understanding.
Responsibilities and duties:
● Proactively & independently identify key opportunities & gaps to improve Marketing funnel - Conversion & AOV Scope, prioritize and lead their validation and execution end-to-end
● Analytical Mindset: Strong in coordinating with data teams and collating data through multiple touchpoints like Clevertap, GA to conclude on benchmarking and impact analysis.
.● Provide leadership in defining MVPs or Experiments that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience.
● Work closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI, and business matters, backing up your opinion with data and driving decisions forward when needed.
● Do the market research, find out the trending UI experiences & closely work with designers. Heavily invest in post and pre user Feedback to make customized and scalable solutions for us.
● Handling business as usuals executions like offer change, new launches, product pricing.
Skills & Qualifications:
● 3 to 5 years of total experience, 2-3 years of experience in product management preferred
● B-Tech graduation required/MBA
● Strong Analytical Mindset and basic fluency in design , Shopify ecosystem, Developers.
● Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration, superb communication skills and ability to synthesize information quickly and should be comfortable in handling uncertainty and operating independently.
