Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Officer with 1 - 3 years of experience in the cement industry to join our team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the cement division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the cement division.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the cement industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
