Backend Node.js Developer

Role Description We are looking for a talented Backend Node.js Developer with around 3 years of experience to join our growing tech team at Expertinasia . This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Indore. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js ,Express.js (mandate) along with proficiency in MongoDB , MySQL , and AWS/Firebase/Azure Cloud Services . Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts. Proficient programming skills and familiarity with multiple programming languages Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js & Express.js. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with MongoDB and MySQL databases for schema design, performance tuning, and data management. Deploy and manage applications using AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js & Express.js. Proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL. Experience with AWS Cloud Services for deployment and scalability. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Decent English communication skills – both written and verbal. Good To Have Experience with NestJS , PregreSQL, Laravel, PHP or similar frameworks.
