Our dedicated team ensures high-quality services to meet the needs of diverse clients. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Backend Node.js Developer with around 2 years of experience to join our growing tech team at Expertinasia. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Indore. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js,Express.js (mandate) along with proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS/Firebase/Azure Cloud Services. Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js & Express.js.Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.Work with MongoDB or MySQL databases for schema design, performance tuning, and data management.Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js & Express.js. Proficiency in MongoDB or MySQL. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Decent English communication skills – both written and verbal. Good To HaveKnowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or other DevOps tools.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Why Join UsAt Expertinasia, we don’t just build software — we build careers.
