Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events Operations Executive based in Mumbai. The Events Operations Executive will be responsible for planning and executing events, coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event operations. The role involves working closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that events align with the brand's goals and provide attendees with memorable experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning, logistics, and operations management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
