Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Commission Basis)
Location: Remote / (City if applicable)
Type: Commission-based (10% per closed deal)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new clients in the IT & software space (startups, SMEs, enterprises).
Promote services including MVP, prototyping, PoC, MCP, RAG, SaaS products, Golang, Rust, and secured architectures.
Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their project needs.
Work closely with the technical team to create tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in IT & software services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads through networking, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Basic understanding of startup ecosystem, SaaS, and modern software technologies is preferred.
