Intro:

The Customer Relations and HR Associate is responsible for coordinating with the Production team regarding ongoing orders, communicating updates with the Clients, interacting with new and potential customers, answering all queries. Also shortlisting candidates for hiring and taking care of the initial screening process. The role is fully based out of office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Calm and composed personality, Handle all client queries and updates from team and client.

Good listening skills.

· Understanding the Customer preferences and staying attuned to them.

Being a major point of contact between the customers, the Production Merchandise team and the vendors, need to take care of all the communication from order confirmation till the delivery of the outfit, ensuring a smooth process.

Understand customer requirements and offer personalized recommendations, solutions, alternatives etc to convert to loyal long-term customers.

· Posting job as per requirements, initial screening and shortlisting of candidates. The role involves a small part of HR, whenever vacancies arise.

Connecting with potential customers on all our platforms. Proactive approach ensuring timely resolution of all customer queries.

Competencies & Skills

· Master of Fashion Management, Masters with Background in Fashion is a must. MBA candidates preferred.

Customer Relations Experience with design labels preferable.

· Knowledge of production & manufacturing processes in ethnic fashion is mandatory.

· Effective verbal, and listening communications skills

· Effective negotiation & influencing skills

· Computer skills including excel and word-processing programs

· Open to learning with a commitment to excellence

· Must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a team environment

· Good time-management skills.
