We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the talent acquisition process and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and management alike.
Talent Acquisition & Screening
·       Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
·       Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that fit the role requirements.
·       Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Interview Coordination
·       Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the management team.
·       Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders to minimize delays in the hiring process.
·       Assist in conducting initial screenings and interviews if required.
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
·       Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires by coordinating documentation, induction plans, and team introductions.
·       Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases.
·       Gather feedback from candidates and management to continuously improve the hiring process.
Communication & Collaboration
·       Liaise between candidates and the management team to ensure clarity and alignment on job expectations and company policies.
·       Regularly update management on the status of ongoing recruitments and hiring timelines.\
HR Process Management
·       Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during the hiring and onboarding process.
·       Support the team in building a positive employer brand by creating a candidate-friendly recruitment experience.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media hiring platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
