SuprSend is a developer-first notification infrastructure platform, offering reliable, scalable solutions for creating, managing, and delivering notifications across multiple channels. Our mission is to empower businesses with the tools to design customer-first notifications that drive engagement and satisfaction.
Role Description
As the Founding Product Marketer at SuprSend, you will take full ownership of our marketing strategy. Your primary goal will be to craft and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives high-quality leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile. This is a full-time, on-site role with three core focus areas:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth industry and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and refine SuprSend’s product positioning.- Messaging & Positioning: Develop content such as blogs, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to communicate SuprSend’s value proposition and attract our target audience.- Product Launches & Adoption: Design and execute successful launch strategies, with newsletters, webinars, blogs and social media posts to maximize product awareness, usage, and adoption.
Key Responsibility
- Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. and build a differentiated strategy for product positioning in the market.- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SuprSend’s goals and resonates with our technical audience. Create compelling blogs, white-papers, videos, and how-to tutorials that simplify complex technical concepts.- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow SuprSend’s social media presence to establish our authority in the notification infrastructure category and enhance brand awareness.- Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships. Collaborate with partners on co-branded content, events, and other marketing initiatives.- Community Building: Build and engage a strong user community by actively participating in relevant forums and discussions. Answer market-related queries and foster meaningful interactions with the audience.- Growth Experiments: Design and execute creative experiments to drive product trials and adoption.- Own Product Launches: Plan and execute webinars, newsletters, social media posts, blogs for a successful product launch showcasing SuprSend's offerings and new developments.

You should be comfortable working in a startup environment, where you can "figure-out" things on your own.- Technical Understanding: Comfortable understanding and articulating technical concepts.- Execution Excellence: "Getting things done" attitude with a knack for turning ideas into actions.- Fast Learner: Curious to learn and quick to adapt new information, tools, and environments, staying ahead of trends and changes.
Qualifications:
- Should be a B.Tech in Engineering- 2-4 years of experience working as Product Marketer role in SaaS company, preferably in a devtool category- Ex-founders with GTM experience are a strong advantage- Have written content blogs in the past and have good understanding of SEO- Should have demonstrated data driven work in the past- Strong written and verbal skills
