Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hub Spot Developer, based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home arrangements. The Hub Spot Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing Hub Spot solutions, building templates, creating reports, and managing workflows. The role also includes customizing Hub Spot tools to align with company goals, integrating third-party tools, testing functionalities, and ensuring optimal performance. Job Overview: In this multifaceted role, you'll drive lead generation and marketing success through your expertise in Hub Spot, Net Suite, and web development. You'll manage marketing campaigns, optimize the Hub Spot platform, build website pages, and turn website visitors into qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leverage Hub Spot's full capabilities, including CMS and website building, through feature enhancements. 2. Customize Hub Spot features, including views, properties, workflows, and data structures. 3. Conduct CRM database maintenance with an emphasis on data synchronization between Hub Spot, Saa S app, and Mix Panel. 4. Design and execute email and other digital marketing campaigns. 5. Grow new leads through Call to Action (CTA), landing pages, and content offers. 6. Build and maintain website pages within Hub Spot's CMS, ensuring a high standard of web design and user experience. 7. Fully code CMS, understanding and utilizing Hub Spot's website building capabilities. Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Proven Hub Spot proficiency. Hub Spot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Certifications (Highly preferred). Experience in digital marketing and web development. Proficient in HTML/CSS and web design. Excellent communication and a creative mindset. Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
