Job Summary

As an Executive – AR Caller, you will manage the accounts receivable process by engaging with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding medical claims. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Any Graduate (Except BA History & Tamil)

1–4 years' experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare RCM

Excellent verbal communication in English

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work night shifts

Radiology billing experience – an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Manage AR portfolios & ensure timely follow-up with insurers

Resolve escalated/aged claims effectively

Analyze denials, underpayments & delays for root causes

Execute appeals per payer guidelines

Share best practices & guide junior AR callers

Collaborate with billing teams & clinicians for corrections

Track aged AR reports & recommend improvements

Ensure compliance with HIPAA & payer requirements
