Role Overview

As a Cloud Sales Executive at Signiance, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and closing high-value cloud deals . This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will work closely with the leadership team and AWS partners to expand Signiance’s footprint.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, AWS Partner Network (APN), and co-selling opportunities to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value AWS cloud deals.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for cloud, DevOps, and emerging technologies aligned with Signiance’s goals.

  • Identify new opportunities within the AWS ecosystem and build strong relationships with AWS account managers, PDMs, and stakeholders.

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to leverage co-selling opportunities, funding, and resources .

  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and RFP responses showcasing Signiance’s AWS expertise.

  • Define pricing strategies , negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams .

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively identifying needs and proposing cloud solutions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration & Market Insights
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and AWS partner teams to drive sales pipeline success.

  • Stay updated on AWS services, partner programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings .

  • Provide feedback to leadership on sales strategy effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements Experience
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in IT services or cloud solutions, with a strong focus on AWS-based solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with the AWS Partner Network (APN), co-selling, and leveraging AWS resources .

  • Successful track record of managing the full sales cycle – lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales relationship management.

  • Experience in cloud consulting, migration, DevOps, or managed services sales .

  • Established relationships within the AWS partner ecosystem .

Skills
  • AWS Ecosystem Expertise: Strong understanding of AWS services, partner programs, and sales mechanisms.

  • Sales Skills: Strategy, relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes .

  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Mindset
  • Goal-oriented with a history of achieving/exceeding sales targets .

  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and strategic approach to sales.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment .

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Technology, or related field .

  • 5+ years of cloud sales experience , preferably with AWS solutions.

  • Proven success in AWS consulting and partner-led business development .
