Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines and data platforms using Microsoft Azure services. This role involves working closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics
  • Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies on Azure- Manage and optimize data lake and data warehouse solutions
  • Develop and deploy data solutions using CI/CD practices in Azure DevOps
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and data modeling
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance throughout data lifecycle
  • Automate data validation and auditing processes to support analytics and reporting
  • Document data solutions and processes for operational efficiency

Required Skills & Technologies

  • Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks
  • Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, and data modeling techniques
  • Experience with data lake and delta lake architectures
  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, and data transformation
  • Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Key Vault
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps tools
  • Understanding of security best practices and RBAC in Azure environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Spark, Scala, or PySpark
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Purview)

  • Certification in Azure Data Engineering (e.g., DP-203) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹90, ₹120,000.00 per month
