Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in North Delhi. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Daily tasks include client acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves understanding client needs, providing financial advice, managing client portfolio risk, and achieving sales targets through comprehensive financial planning solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in client acquisition, portfolio management, and financial advisory
- Knowledge of banking products, investment strategies, and financial instruments
- Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and customer service
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and cross-sell financial products
- Excellent understanding of market trends and economic factors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus
