Role Description

We are seeking a Part-Time English Tutor to join Move 78 Hospitality in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work. The English Tutor will focus on teaching English to blue-collar workers to help them improve their communication skills, understand workplace vocabulary, and enhance their professional and personal growth. The role requires tailoring lessons for adults in the hospitality industry and creating engaging, practical, and accessible learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct English tutoring sessions with a focus on workplace communication.
  • Teach English grammar, vocabulary, and practical usage relevant to the hospitality industry.
  • Develop customized lesson plans and materials suitable for adult learners with diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment to encourage progress.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of learners, providing constructive feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience teaching English or tutoring adult learners, especially blue-collar workers.
  • Expertise in English grammar and practical communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create relatable and practical learning materials for adult learners.
  • Experience with online tutoring platforms is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
