Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our marketing strategies by analysing data and providing actionable insights. You will work with various teams to help optimise marketing campaigns, refine client strategies, and ultimately contribute to the growth of sales pipelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from marketing campaigns, property PR activities, and client engagement to identify trends and insights.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and property teams to understand data needs and provide timely and accurate reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track key performance indicators related to marketing impact and sales growth.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign success and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure data integrity and proper management across systems.
  • Use statistical methods to analyse marketing data, interpreting customer behaviour, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Support in developing data-driven marketing strategies to improve return on investment (ROI) for clients.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific campaigns or customer segments to offer fresh insights.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in marketing or sales environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and make actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, property PR, or business intelligence is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
