About The RoleIf you're an experienced Site Reliability Engineer, join our Pune team and be a key player in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our clients' systems across the EMEA and USA regions.About You As an SRE, you should have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux system administration to excel in this role. This position is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge and ensuring top-quality service for our clients. You'll be responsible for deploying custom builds after development and testing cycles, participating in testing if needed, installing cloud-native infrastructure and applications in new environments, and troubleshooting and resolving environmental issues. Additionally, you must be willing to work rotational shifts. If you possess these competencies and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering reliable, high-performance systems, we want you on board.Key Responsibilities Operation Support: Triage incidents, service restoration, initial resolution, and permanent resolution. End-to-end Incident management including with 3rd party teams to ensure resolution within SLA. Perform root cause analysis.-

System Reliability: Proactively identify and address system issues to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of our services.-

Automation: Develop and maintain automated solutions for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure and applications. Identify opportunity to automate scripts for software builds and deployments and help streamline the pipeline.-

Capacity Planning: Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast capacity requirements and scale infrastructure accordingly.-

Configuration and Testing: Prepare and configure hardware and software components for deployment, ensuring they meet specifications. Testing and reviewing the quality of the release before deployments in the customer environment.-

Security: Collaborate with security teams to ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure, environment, and services.-

Deployment Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop deployment strategies and schedules.-

Deployment Execution: Execute deployment plans, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during deployment activities. Cloud operations, including application deployments with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, operating system patching, and maintenance.-

Monitoring and Alerting: Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to anomalies and potential problems.-

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Contribute to the development of Infrastructure as Code scripts and templates for managing infrastructure resources.-

Optimizing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): Facilitate post-incident reviews and ensuring IT procedures and development guideline documents are updated accordingly. These insights refine the SDLC for reliability.-

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.-

On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production systems.-
