Job Description Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager with 10+ years of expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), vendor negotiation , vendor & Team management, TDS, GST, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of finance fundamentals, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end ownership of AR , AP and GL processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Manage vendor relationships, payment cycles, and cost optimization through negotiation • Oversee day-to-day finance operations including cash flow management, reconciliations, and expense tracking • Ensure timely and accurate TDS, GST filings, and compliance with relevant laws and statutory requirements • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial analysis for leadership review • Collaborate with external auditors and consultants for audits and tax filings • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Identify and implement process improvements and automation where possible • Support business teams with financial data, insights, and controls Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, preferably in a startup or mid-sized company • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, AR/AP, Negotiation and statutory compliance • Experience with any Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or other accounting/ERP tools ( prefers Zoho) • Hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have: • Experience in setting up finance processes in a startup or early-growth environment • CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory) Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, preferably in a startup or mid-sized company • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, AR/AP, Negotiation and statutory compliance • Experience with any Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or other accounting/ERP tools ( prefers Zoho) • Hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have: • Experience in setting up finance processes in a startup or early-growth environment • CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
