  • Responsible for complete product life cycle right from managing the new concept, design, sample production, testing, cost, production & promotion.
  • The incumbent should be from industrial valve manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation fittings, manifolds, Needle Valve, Ball Valves, Check Valves, Double Block & Bleed and hook up, Sampling System is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of various standards likes ISO, ASME, API, ASTM, BS and MSS-SP is must.
  • Experience with API norms & API 6D, API 6A & SP 2342
  • Managing & Mentoring the design team & planning Project/ order execution.
  • Support Sales Team for Project/ order for queries & compliance.
  • Support Execution Team for Project/ order for queries at Execution Stage.
  • Maintain Project / order Status for Enq, GAD, BOM, MFG level to achieve Delivery.
  • Shall be responsible for Design & Development of existing & new products
  • Responsible for R&D till the prototype is commercialized
  • Review & checking of GAD, BOM, Mfg Drawing
  • Reviewing in cost deduction in existing product.
  • Reviewing the data sheets at Bid & Enquires
  • To resolve technical queries at all levels.
  • Maintain construction files for all products and standardization of product and parts
  • Support to Sales team in technical aspects and also support to inside sales team in respect to costing and technical specification.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
