Ui/ux Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**:

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- **Stay Updated on Design Trends**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall design quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
