Key Responsibilities -

1) Schedule Management: Managing the director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

2) Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

3) Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including maintaining records, managing files, and handling expense reports.

4) Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

5) Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other activities.

6) Proactive Assistance: Anticipating the director's needs and taking initiative to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

7) Project Support: Assisting with project coordination and providing support for various initiatives.

8) Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Skills-

1)Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in #English for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders stakeholders

2) Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

3)Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
