diverse projects , including the automation of healthcare claim processes (EOB-to-835 conversion) and other initiatives requiring innovative AI/ML solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an

AI/ML Specialist

to join our team and contribute to multiple projects requiring expertise in

data preparation ,

AI model development , and

solution optimization . You will play a pivotal role in implementing AI-driven solutions that align with our organization's goals, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1.

AI and ML Development in Various Projects

Develop and fine-tune

AI models

(OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.) for various projects, including healthcare and beyond.Build scalable and optimized pipelines for deploying AI models in production environments.Stay updated on the latest trends and integrate innovative AI/ML techniques into ongoing and new projects.2. Data Preparation and Management

Collect, preprocess, and augment datasets for training AI/ML models.Oversee

manual and semi-automated data labeling workflows

to ensure high-quality datasets.Develop reusable frameworks for handling diverse data types (text, images, structured data).3. Collaboration and Integration

Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into applications.Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align AI workflows accordingly.Participate in project planning to provide AI/ML feasibility assessments.4. Optimization and Deployment

Optimize AI/ML models for performance on

CPU-based and GPU-based environments , depending on project needs.Design and implement deployment pipelines using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Monitor deployed models for performance and accuracy, implementing improvements as needed.Implement batch processing for handling large volumes of documents.5. Multi-Project Contribution

Work on

healthcare automation

projects such as EOB-to-835 conversion, ensuring compliance with ANSI X12 standards.Contribute to other initiatives, including

predictive analytics ,

computer vision for document processing , and

AI-enhanced workflows

for diverse domains.

Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills

AI/ML Expertise :Proficiency in OCR tools (e.g.,

Tesseract ,

PaddleOCR ) Camelot, PyPDF2 and NLP frameworks (e.g.,

Hugging Face Transformers ,

spaCy ).Hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks such as

TensorFlow ,

PyTorch , and

Scikit-learn .Data Handling :Strong skills in

data preparation ,

labeling workflows , and preprocessing.Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.Optimization and Deployment :Expertise in optimizing AI models for CPU-based production environments.Experience with deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.Multi-Domain Exposure :Ability to adapt AI/ML solutions to diverse domains beyond healthcare.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.Work Experience : 3–7 years in AI/ML-focused roles with exposure to multi-project environments.Healthcare Knowledge : Familiarity with healthcare data formats (e.g., EOBs, ANSI X12 835) is a plus but not mandatory.
