Supporting IFAs in terms of Joint calls/Training programs etc. for driving sales and meet therevenue target from the mapped IFA's Providing continuous support to the IFAs on day on day Drive IFA Engagement process Timely Resolution of IFA's queries To research, investigate and update themselves on available investmentopportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clientsportfolios.  To coordinate with product and research team (Centralize CFP Team) for takinginvestment decision for the clients. To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other businessdevelopment activity. JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Qualifications: - An MBA/PGDM – (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focused education in Financialplanning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFP will be an advantage. Desired Skill Set:  Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients. Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and takeactive interest in their financial well being.
