Qualifications
> Commerce Graduate, with exposure in APAC & EMEA payroll and HR activities> Minimum of 8-10 years payroll experience
> Technical and functional experience with ADP and Cloudpay systems preferred.> Thorough knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulatory and financial requirements
> Basic knowledge of Payroll Accounting> Experience with the management of an outsourced payroll tax service> Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processing requirements
Responsibilities
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision > Ability to work with a sense of urgency when required and uphold deadlines > Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to payroll and HR activities> Comprehensive and working knowledge of payroll systems> Strong interpersonal skills> Problem solving , Eye for detail, should be flexible to work in pressure> Ability to analyze and develop efficient processes and procedures> Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills & ability to prioritize responsibilities> Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills> Understanding of Payroll and HR legislation and processes (ie. interpretation of awards and legislation, tax)
