Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Schedule: 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Shift: General IST

Compensation: Up to 11.7 LPA (maximum 30% hike on last drawn CTC)

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and success management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across India and South East Asia. This role is central in ensuring campaign excellence, partner success, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in client management, project delivery, and campaign execution while ensuring stakeholder alignment, process excellence, and operational standards for long-term retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, display, content, webinars, and integrated platforms.
  • Define channel strategies, campaign roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with partner objectives.
  • Track execution timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaign success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships while driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement best practices for campaign delivery, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Standardize reporting frameworks and provide data-driven impact analysis to showcase ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve campaign conflicts or bottlenecks with tact and professionalism.
