Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.We are seeking a strategic product marketing leader to lead the go-to-market strategy for our senior executives and global programs in India.Key Responsibilities:Create, Ideate, and be a custodian of the GTM strategy and communication of our programs.Operationalise GTM of programs while being the brand custodian of our partner schoolsCollaborate with various stakeholders (learning, content, creative, business) to meet collateral production deliverablesWork in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising campaignsConceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channelsManage content and updates for customer and internal touch pointsBe responsible for coordination of the marketing communication with the Business Team, Creative team, Tech team and function with multi-faceted design operations and requirementsYou will ideate new creative concepts based on platform best practices and past campaign performanceWork to deploy the marketing collateral into digital marketing campaigns from Ideation to execution and look to optimize and improve marketing collateral at regular intervalsPresent ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsSkills & Qualifications:A holder of a bachelor’s degree in either marketing, business, or a related fieldStrong with written and spoken communications and have knowledge of the content development processCreative thinker with 8+ years of experience working with Creative agencies or Consumer BrandsStrong strategist with a view of the future to ensure consistency of brand imagery over sustained periods and also across various consumer communication touchpoints.A metrics-driven marketer with an eye for creativityExperienced with marketing automation and CRM ToolsAn energetic and self-motivated individual who is willing to get his hands dirty and be a team playerStrong with project management skills and able to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneouslyEmeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws
